We are looking for a team-player to provide support to our Pensions Solutions business to ensure the operational model is compliant by providing oversight and monitoring of operational metrics and controls, identify operational risk and supporting the implementation of corrective/preventative action.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as operational support to external business audits (AAF, ISO).
- Support a governance model which provides ongoing assessment for the Operations business to comply with the Operational Control Frameworks.
- Support and assist in governance forums / meetings and /or aspects of service delivery and business support through change projects, auditing, process mapping, where required.
Key Tasks
- Review management information to identify areas of operational risk and initiate assessment.
- Undertake Root Cause Analysis to identify trends and work with internal stakeholders to ensure required changes/improvements are implemented to minimise future operational risk.
- Support resolution to business risk issues which are identified in line with the Capita Incidents Escalation policy.
- Assist in the ongoing assessment of ‘process risk’ that supports operational control activity by providing appropriate monitoring.
- Identify improvement opportunities and work with Operations/Change Teams to support implementation.
- Work in partnership with the Operations team to deliver successful outcomes to outstanding internal/external audit findings prior to the agreed closure dates.
- Support the Operation in conducting internal audit activity e.g., Compliance Monitoring and GIA audits.
