Job description
We're excited to be looking for a new Operations Assistant (Receptionist) to join our Bristol office. In this role you would be working closely with our Front of House Supervisor and other operations/facilities colleagues to provide the highest level of service to our employees and external clients and visitors.
In this role you will deliver a professional and welcoming front of house experience , providing hospitality and assistance to visitors and dealing with phone or in-person queries with a positive client service ethic. You will proactively work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that internal and external (client meetings, interviews) meetings and events run to the highest standards, keeping stakeholders informed and their needs catered to. As we continue to invest in our office working spaces, there will be plenty to learn and improve within our front of house team- no two days will be the same!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a friendly, close-knit team; we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and great communication skills who will thrive delivering great customer service. Due to the nature of these duties, this is an office-based role with working hours between 7:30am-4:30pm and 10:00am - 7:00pm.
