Role overview:
The Purpose of this role is to support the department in multiple administration functions and processes throughout the Customer Relations Team under FCA regulated timeframes. The post holder will be responsible for completing various tasks which support Customer Relations activity and drive improved efficiencies.
What you’ll do:
You will be required to work within the Customer Relations Team and be required to hold good relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally.
Key accountabilities will include completion and management of the Customer Relations Dept, administrative tasks, such as logging and raising complaints/dissatisfactions raised by our members, responding to customer complaint enquires. Completing Subject Access Requests and compiling bespoke correspondence letters to be sent to our members.
What you’ll bring:
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – are a must.
You’ll also need good problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse evidence objectively.
You’ll manage your own workload, so you’ll need to be organised and able to prioritise your daily tasks.
You’ll be working in an FCA-regulated environment so will need the ability to work under pressure
You’ll also need to be able use initiative and the ability to work with a minimal level of supervision.
