Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, flexible and motivated person to join our successful school as part of our office team.
You will be responsible for managing the School Personnel to support the Head Teacher and Governors to ensure that all safeguarding checks on staff are completed and kept up to date, staff contracts and information are accurate at all times and that all information is compliant with all procedures and
policies at all times.
Term time only
Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 8.30 – 12:30 (20hrs per week working pattern can be negotiated.)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated School Personnel Assistant to have overall responsibility for all the school personnel procedures and policies and advise the Headteacher and Governors on personnel matters so as to contribute to the successful and effective operation of the school and nursery to meet the educational aims.

About you
The Candidate must be:
- Committed to the school aims and ethos.
- Have a knowledge and understanding of school personnel procedures and policies.
- Able to give advice to the Headteacher and Governing Body on the areas of specific responsibility.
- Able to form good working relationships with staff, governors, parents, pupils and outside agencies.
- Secure and competent in the use of IT systems including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Strong with organisational skills.
