We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated, friendly, caring and supportive Divisional Administration Team within the Integrated Community Services Division. The role is a full time permanent position based within the Community.
- Diary management
- Preparation of Agenda’s with accurate note taking at meetings, transcribing of minutes and action log up-dates,
- Booking of rooms across Health Centre sites and liaison with other organisations.
- Arranging Listening Events
- Producing Training Bulletin
- Booking travel arrangements.
- Use of excel and PowerPoint.
- Support with organisation of events/workshops.
Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking applications to the role of Administration Assistant. This role is based in the Community Services Division within the Divisional Admin team. Your role will be to provide support to our Senior Management Team.
An essential part of the role :
- Good general level of education including Math’s and English;
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook and Word as you will be using these on a daily basis;
- Flexibility, show initiative, able to multi task and be adaptable to the needs of the role, team and service;
- Experience of working within an administrative role or setting;
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations; and
- Good planning and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a pleasant and approachable manner.
