Job description
This role will be varied, supporting a various of clients in different industries.
You will help manage and deliver the admin needs of our clients as well as assisting with the day-to-day running of the business.
You'll have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as you will manage multiple clients, tasks and workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- General office admin, including data inputting and database management, inbox management, proof-reading,
- Organise and maintain electronic and paper admin systems
- Diary management including organising meetings, booking travel, accommodation, venues, refreshments etc
- Social media planning, preparation and management
- Updating websites on a variety of platforms
- Drafting and maintaining reports on various different business areas, such as finances and marketing
- Preparing documentation required for meetings, attending and taking accurate minutes, and distributing afterwards
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems.
- Customer calls – Booking in appointments, chasing up payments, customer updates. (No cold calls – Existing customers only)
Job requirements
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of: Social media, Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), Canva
- The ability to pick up new software packages/applications, as and when require
- Self-motivated and with a proactive and professional attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well organised and able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- High level of attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11,500.00 per year
