Job description
We are looking for someone with considerable admin experience to join our team. Someone proactive, who is able to manage their own workload, use their initiative, meet deadlines and be confident liaising with customers and engineers over the phone and by email.
The role is to provide admin support to our current team so the candidate must be confident working with all Microsoft programs, particularly Excel as well as email systems.
Main duties will include:
· Booking in jobs via phone, email and third party sites
· Liaising with engineers and customers about current jobs
· Maintaining and updating job tracker spreadsheets with quotes and progress
· Planning and distributing engineer rotas for the following day
· Invoicing using Quickbooks
· Chasing outstanding payments
· Facilitating end of job feedback and review requests
In addition, carrying out other ad-hoc duties as may be necessary from time to time.
This is a remote working role however we do have occasional meetings, so living within the M25 would be preferable.
Candidate must have use of their own computer.
