Job title: Early Careers Administrator
Location: Barrow in Furness
Salary: £24,894
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing of learner personal files and action changes to learner personal details
- Completing all necessary documentation in accordance with Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and business requirements
- Recording all information against file checklist to ensure compliance with quality procedures
- Collating information of new starters and produce Individual Learning Plans (ILP's) for all learners
- Entering all learners onto the management information funding system (YETI)
- Supporting centre co-ordination, registration and certification activity
- Supporting additional projects e.g. recruitment process, induction process
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role
- Strong Database experience – YETI would be beneficial
- Excellent IT skills – MS Office
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
Desirable
- Experience of auditing files
- Previous knowledge of working with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and or awarding bodies systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience of working within apprenticeships and/or Education environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent or CIPD Certificate in Training Administration

The Admin Team:
As an Early Careers Administrator you will be working in the Funding and Compliance team within the Early Careers Department. It is a team of 4, which consists of 1 Team Leader, 1 Co-ordinator and 2 Administrators.
