We are currently recruiting a Administrator/Receptionist to work at our Woolpit Depot.
Objectives:
- Ensure that all visitors to the site are welcomed and handed over to the correct team member.
- All administrative tasks carried out efficiently and to a high standard of accuracy.
- Co-operate with company operations managers to support the wider business when
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.
- Supporting the wider business as required.
- Answering phone and door/barrier and processing all guests on to site.
- Any other tasks as requested by your manager from time to time.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5 or C's and above in at least 4 GCSE’s including Maths
Skills and Attributes:
- Commitment to learn, develop and contribute to the business.
- Team player who can take the initiative when needed.
- IT literate (MS office).
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
