Due to further growth, Atlas is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator with fantastic Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
We’re hoping to recruit a person who is compassionate toward people: quick on the draw when it comes to trouble shooting and thrives under pressure. Ideally someone who is based in the area and enjoys blending into a busy team.

The role is fast paced, fun and exciting; below are some of the key elements of what you'll be doing;
Providing support to the operations management team in the field
Liaising with Clients and our operatives to ensure their requests are dealt with efficiently and end with a positive outcome
Assist with allocation/scheduling of operatives on our Time and Attendance system, along with recording sickness/absence
Recruitment – advertise, short list, arrange interviews and complete necessary paperwork for new starters
Ordering uniforms
General administration duties to meet the needs of the business Key Requirements
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
General working knowledge of software systems such as word and excel
Great written and oral English language skills
Personable and professional with a keen eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills Teamwork: Share ideas and learning with other team members
Offer encouragement and assistance to colleagues
Communicate openly and effectively
Work with the team towards our common goal of always striving for excellence
About You
All you need is:

You will need a friendly, calm and professional manner when dealing with suppliers, colleagues and customers.
