Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
 - Direct clients to the appropriate person and office
 - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
 - Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable
 - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
 - Update calendars and schedule meetings
 - Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and emailing.
 - Provide administrative support across the organization
 
What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, or similar role
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 - Professional attitude and appearance
 - Solid written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
 - Excellent organizational skills
 - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
 - Excellent phone manner
