Anchor Tutors is seeking an organised individual with teaching experience and excellent communication skills to join our team as Administrative Assistant to the company Director.
Location & Hours:
Hybrid working with our office in Camberwell (SE5 7HN).
Flexible working hours: minimum 20 hours (Monday-Friday).
Job description:
- Processing new student referrals
- Communicating with parents, carers, young people, tutors, professional networks
- Recruiting new tutors
- Organising and planning the Director’s calendar
Essential:
- Experience in education as a teacher
- Knowledge of and competence in using Microsoft Office 365
- Organisational skills
- Ability to communicate articulately, professionally and personably
