Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources.
Our client is a well Known Corporate and Institutional banking organisation with headquarters in Central London and several other global locations; Providing Finance and Risk Solutions as well as Trading and Flow Sales to global financial institutions, investors, counterparties and corporate customers on a day to day basis.
The Role :
AMS is currently seeking self-motivated individuals for an administration role as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst within a leading UK bank based in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about administration.
- Full time - 35 hours per week
- Shifts between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- £12.34 per hour
As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst
- We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by completing admin duties in an accurate and timely manner
- You’ll communicate with customers over the phone when necessary
- You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different tasks on a daily basis
The skills you'll need
In order to excel in this role, you’ll work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines.
You’ll demonstrate:
- An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
- An understanding of mortgages and the financial sector
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow a process from start to finish
