We are currently recruiting for an administration assistant to work at our office in Milo.
Background of working in an admin/PA role is essential.
experience of working with Microsoft packages in particular word and excel is required.
Strong communication skills, able to liaise with customers and colleagues in a friendly manner.
Excellent telephone manner required as you will be the first point of contact for the business.
Manage the processing and preparing of all quotes and invoices.
Strong Organisation skills required at all times.
Maintain stock levels and process orders for all office supplies.
Experience in managing large events/diary management.
Welsh speaking desirable but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
