Administrator (full-time)
123 Medical Services is the leading medico-legal service provider working across Scotland.
Due to expansion we are looking to bring on a new employee to help support our small team
The role will include:
· Diary management
· Dealing with phone calls and emails
· Liaising with solicitors, doctors and clients
· Data Entry using our medicolegal software
· Invoicing
· General administrative duties and reception duties
Required skills
· Attention to detail
· Excellent telephone manner
· Organisational skills
· Excellent communication and IT skills
· Ability to prioritise work load efficiently
Experience in a similar role preferential but not essential.
The successful candidate will commence at the earliest opportunity working within our friendly and supportive team.
Located in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
Salary - £11/hour.
