About the role
Scottish Civic Trust are looking for an Administration Officer! They need an organised and detail-oriented person to support the administration of the Scottish Civic Trust and the delivery of their projects. The purpose of the role is to support the Resources Manager in the administration of the Scottish Civic Trust (SCT), provide support to the Director and Board, ensure the smooth running of meetings and aid other staff members in the development and delivery of their projects.
All candidates should have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and should be able to prepare and format letters, minutes and reports as required.
The post will be part time 12 hours per week.
Salary will be £19,300 pro rata.
Location : The Tobacco Merchant’s House, Glasgow
