Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Reception and Administration team. As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, we are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, has a good work ethic and of smart appearance.

Your role will include administration and reception duties such as answering the telephone, receiving and directing visitors to the appropriate department, ensuring staff training records are kept up to date, printing, photocopying, sourcing and pricing resources, filing and invoicing.

You will need to be computer literate and a knowledge of Excel would be desirable

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27 per week

Salary: £10.75 per hour
