Job description
This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and visitors in a timely manner.
- Greet visitors with a smile.
- Process incoming mail and faxes.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Assist general surgeons and other medical staff with patient scheduling, billing, and records.
- Answer questions regarding general information and handle related clerical duties.
- Assist office manager.
