About the job: An Administration worker is required to be the first point of contact for members of the public. The post holder will be responsible for telephone and face to face contact with our service users and other stakeholders, incoming/outgoing mail, assisting volunteers with all aspects of administration of organisation and maintaining databases relevant to project work within East Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau. Excellent communication skills are required as is a working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. The post is subject to the disclosure of criminal history information. Citizens Advice Scotland
