Full Job Title – Administration Assistant
Location – Stuart Ross House, Warwick
Permanent Contract
Part Time, 18.5
Salary £20,490 - £21,018

Those currently eligible on the redeployment register will be given prior consideration.
The main purpose of the role is to:
Record and maintain electronic records on the tracking system for undetected crime files and miscellaneous documents, arrange their transfer and delivery into the central filing site.
Use IT systems to respond to requests for information ensuring compliance with policies governing the provision of Crime Extracts.
To undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, as required.
Knowledge:
2 A-C grade GCSE’s or equivalent, including English Language
Experience:
Experience in working as part of a team in a customer service environment
Key Skills:
Good data input skills
Proven ability to communicate both orally and in written form
Competent in the use of IT, including Microsoft packages
Special Conditions:
Psychological demands
(exposure to distressing/disturbing/ unpleasant situations, images or tasks)
