Administration Assistant, Private Client Department

What to expect
This is a key office based role supporting our friendly team of lawyers, paralegals and legal executives in our Dundee Private Client department
- Wide variety of general office administration tasks
- Scanning, uploading and printing documents
- Preparing documents for client meetings or third parties
- Working on our legal case management system including file administration and closing files.
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, helpful and professional
- Enthusiastic, positive, keen to learn, organized
- Good communication skills, comfortable speaking to colleagues, clients and clients
- Good IT and Administrative skills, previous office administration experience is an advantage but not essential.
