Part time contract: 21 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our highly successful Settlement Agreement Unit in our Liverpool office to provide a proactive, professional and high-quality administrative support service to lawyers. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-talented legal and non-legal experts within a professional services environment.

As an Admin Assistant, you will need to be a strong team player, with outstanding administrative skills and a proven ability to work pro-actively. You will therefore need to have previous experience of working within an office environment, be computer literate and confident on the telephone, drafting relevant correspondence including emails and performing data input tasks. The role requires a conscientious individual, who can work off their own initiative and is always willing to learn. You will need to enthusiastic and dependable, with great communication and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
A day in the life of an Admin Assistant is never the same, however a typical day will include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing, photocopying, opening and closing files as well as assisting lawyers with any other administrative work on their cases.
