The London Decking Company is a successful and expanding company which is looking for Administrator to assist day to day running of operations within our office.
This candidate will be working alongside our Office Manager, Contract Managers and our Site team leaders/labourers.
Experience in the landscaping or building trade (administrative side) would be helpful but not essential.
This person should be someone who can learn the role quickly and is keen to learn.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate great attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation are all key requirements for this role.
Daily Duties Include:
· Speaking to clients on a daily basis, processing enquiries and as the first point of call for all new customers, be an ambassador to the company.
· Invoicing and payment tracking. Following up on outstanding payments and processing funds once received.
· Speaking with site operatives regarding admin requirements that may need resolving.
· Ordering & coordinating of stock, managing delivery schedules and drivers for materials out on site and direct to customers.
