Job description
A position has become available to oversee the day to day running within our Maintenance Department based at our Head Office in Bromley. Main duties will include;
- Making and Receiving phone calls on a daily basis
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Data Entry
- Raising Purchase Orders & Allocating Costs
- Experience in Sage preferred but not essential - in house training will be provided
- Updating and Scheduling Engineers diaries using our Company Maintenance Software - in house training will be provided
- General Admin Duties
The successful canditate must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday - 8am-4.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
