Recoire ltd is established furniture company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support to our fast-paced office.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
- Managing and updating social media platforms
- Assisting with daily office tasks and other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Previous administrative experience preferred
