This job is a HYBRID temporary (6-9 months) position in the London region.
We Care About Your Engagement
In this exciting and strategic role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pure legal team. Providing administrative support as and when required to the Legal team. You will maintain the in-house legal document management system including file management, document version control and general document storage as well as assisting with company secretarial work.
You ensure the organization is prepared for the future by taking ownership of dealing with invoices and supplier invoice queries, liaising with the legal, financial, and operational teams as well as assisting with document signing and liaising with counterparties and, where applicable, internal HR to ensure contracts, agreements and orders are properly signed and stored on SharePoint.

You are a proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and passion for people development, as well as excellent influencing skills. Your expertise and skills includes IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, Adobe (including PDF conversion), SharePoint, OneDrive and PowerPoint.
You will also hopefully have the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Experience of managing/supporting workloads.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
