We are now looking for a Administration Assistant to support our busy Residential Conveyancing team at our office in Leeds City Centre.
The Role
Being a strong team player, you will support our conveyancing teams to complete a high volume of sale and purchase transactions. The key duties include (full training provided):
· Providing clear updates by way of telephone/email/online portals
· Preparing and issuing documentation to client
*Dealing with incoming post, saving correctly to our case management system and
putting paper copies on files
* Liaising with lenders to chase up documentation we have requested/replies to our
correspondence
* Being able to filter and update Excel spreadsheets
* Closing files
· Supporting the company with other administration tasks when required
We are looking for a positive and confident individual who is able to communicate well at all levels within the teams and externally with our clients. You must also be able to evidence previous administration experience and be a proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience working in a similar role is essential, and experience in a legal practice would be beneficial. You will need excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to succeed in managing a busy and varied workload, as well as most importantly, excellent client care skills.
