We Are Hiring
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as an Administration Assistant. We are a small family business based centrally in Scunthorpe. Our forever expanding business has been operating for over 12 years. We are a very busy team with a huge flow of insurance work as well as trade and retail. This role will offer a challenging and varied opportunity as you will be working with our work providers, suppliers and customers.
Duties Include :
Managing the booking in dates of vehicles.
Arranging courtesy vehicles in accordance to booking in dates.
Creating vehicle job packs once vehicles arrive onsite.
Checking off vehicle parts and putting them in labelled bays.
Answering telephone queries.
Requesting vehicle images from customers via telephone or email.
Placing part orders through our management system.
Booking parts order in through our management system.
Producing quotations for customers.
The right candidate :
Excellent organisational skills
Had previous administration assistant skills
Ability to work on your own
Excellent telephone manner
Enthusiasm to work
Reliable

You will work 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday Day Shift.
You will have 28 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays)
Rates of pay will be determined on your level of experience and suitability to the role.
