Full-time, hybrid-working (minimum 3 days per week office based, optional homeworking 2 days per week)
The Role
We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Head Office in Glasgow. This role will be responsible for the administration of our ICL consultancy and sales division and will also provide administration support to multiple teams across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has a real interest in providing high level customer services.
The successful candidate will be carrying out the following tasks:
- Providing administration support to the sales and consultancy teams
- Maintaining an organised customer database (Salesforce)
- Responsible for the administration of software licenses and trials
- Managing project tracker spreadsheet, ensuring project fees, earnings and invoicing are kept up to date
- Answering phones, welcoming visitors and other office duties as required
- Business travel planning and co-ordination.
- Assisting the other IES teams as required.
The Candident
Skills and experience include the following:
Essential Skills:
- At least one year of experience working in an office administration role.
- Experienced and confident Microsoft Office suite e.g. Excel
- A professional telephone manner.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist other teams as required.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using CRM software e.g. Salesforce.
