We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Middlesbrough.

The Ability Matters Group (AMG) is a market leading international healthcare products and services provider, operating primarily in areas that enhance mobility and accessibility including orthotics, prosthetics, and wheelchairs. We have in excess of 60 sites across the UK and Ireland, as well as operations in France, The Netherlands and Sweden; employing approximately 700+ staff.

Job role summary

Administration role supporting the production, finance, procurement, and Customer service functions within the business. To support the end- to -end delivery requirements of our customers including speedy and accurate responses to enquiries, order processing and purchase order requesting, coordination of manufacturing and delivery of products, ensuring accuracy of information and maintenance of company systems and paperwork.

Desirable experience in:

  • Customer service and administration work
  • Microsoft excel and word
  • Order processing and data entry using in house systems
