CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for an Admin Assistant in Trafford Park, M17

Duties:

  • General admin duties for both the Warehouse and Production
  • Creating Timesheets for Temporary members of staff
  • Liaising with outside business by email and phone
  • You MUST be willing to assist with Warehouse duties when needed

Desirable:

  • Use of Ship Station software
  • Use of Teams
  • Use of Outlook
  • Use of Word and Excel

Shift Pattern:

You will be working 4 on 4 off

12 hour shifts

08.00 – 20.00
