Job description
Administration Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing general administration including preparing trial bundles and liaising with fee earners
- Preparing, scanning, amending and formatting documents
- Collection, distribution and dispatch of internal and external post
- Assisting clients and fee-earners face to face and on the telephone
- Assisting with document storage, archiving and office moves
- Providing hospitality for internal events
- General office housekeeping
- Minimum 1 year of core admin experience
- Experience supervising other staff
- Approachable and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
