AHS Systems Ltd is the UK's leading hydroponic systems manufacturer. We are currently looking for a full time Admin Assistant to join our small friendly team.
Job description
Communicating with customers by phone and email.
Ensuring all enquiries and issues are resolved.
Taking orders accurately, putting together quotes and completing invoices.
Liaising with warehouse and couriers to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time.
Appropriate organisation and time management skills.
Good command of English.
Experience not essential as training will be given but must have a willingness to learn and develop.
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
