Administration Assistant - Adoption Support Fund

Adoption in Merseyside (AiM) is a regional adoption service based in Halewood, Merseyside which recruits prospective adopters, finds families for children and supports adoptive families. The Adoption Support Fund Admin assistant role will involve supporting staff within the Adoption Support team in AiM by inputting and maintaining financial information regarding therapeutic support for adoptive families.
The successful applicant will
- have excellent numeracy and organisational skills.
- be able to maintain spreadsheets and produce information on services and funding provided.
- be able to work independently and liaise with agencies on a regular basis to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
