Job description

Ensure effective processes are in place for flexible elective patient booking and rota co-ordination to ensure sufficient capacity and resources are planned into the rota to match the demand for outpatient clinics and elective theatre lists. Chair weekly secretarial and administration meetings to monitor performance and ensure maximum capacity of outpatient clinics and theatre utilisation. To monitor, scrutinise and challenge weekly Directorate validation processes in line with data quality and achievement of 18 weeks and cancer targets. Contain an in-depth understanding of cancer pathways, processes and targets by utilising relevant systems.
