Administration and Finance Co-ordinator 35hrs per week, term-time only (permanent contract) required as soon as possible
The City of Wolverhampton Council Grade 5 (£25,878 - £29,439 pro rota)
Windsor Nursery School is a dynamic learning environment serving children from the richly diverse local community, including children with English as an additional language, eligible for Early Years Pupil Premium and with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
You will ensure the administrative and financial systems and procedures work effectively. You will supervise a part-time receptionist and support the senior management team.
The successful candidate will:
· Have experience of using SIMS and be able to assist in setting the school budget.
· Ideally have experience of working within a school setting.
· Be able to organise workloads and manage conflicting demands.
· Possess a friendly manner and have confidence in both written and verbal communication.
· Be able to support the Headteacher and senior staff with maintaining responsibility for the school site/ Buildings and Health and Safety.
· Have the energy and enthusiasm to co-ordinate a busy school office.
