Job description
We are an accountancy and business support business based just outside of Manchester City Centre. We are looking for secretarial / VA support to compliment the day to day duties of all admin work within the company and with clients.
Job Description:
- Dealing with client queries and any problems that arise
- Providing administrative support / PA services to clients
- Communicating with clients for paperwork collection, accounts reviews
- Handling of sensitive paperwork
- Assisting the accounts team with any administrative tasks
- Diary management
- Updating and maintaining the CRM
- Performing general secretarial assistance to senior management team
- Reception cover.
- Front of house for networking and training events
This is varied role, no two days are the same. It will include liaising with clients to dealing with HMRC. The person will need to be flexible and innovative when dealing with daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management
- Ability to work using their own initiative and working in a team.
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft platforms.
- Salesforce experience desirable.
- UK based.

Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
