Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Support Assistant to join Binnies Health & Safty team.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Organise and set up inhouse training courses
  • Arrange training bookings and follow up on course feedback and certificates
  • Ensure training records are maintained utilising HR database/systems
  • Track training needs to ensure compliance with Binnies’ core training requirements
  • Administer and chase workstation assessments, review outputs and instigate actions as necessary
  • Assist HR Manager and ESH&S Manager with occupational road risk management system compliance
  • Other administrative tasks to support the ESH&S team


Qualifications/Requirements

You should possess and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent proven organizational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly excel, access databases etc
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Previous administrative experience
