Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Support Assistant to join Binnies Health & Safty team.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Organise and set up inhouse training courses
- Arrange training bookings and follow up on course feedback and certificates
- Ensure training records are maintained utilising HR database/systems
- Track training needs to ensure compliance with Binnies’ core training requirements
- Administer and chase workstation assessments, review outputs and instigate actions as necessary
- Assist HR Manager and ESH&S Manager with occupational road risk management system compliance
- Other administrative tasks to support the ESH&S team
Qualifications/Requirements
You should possess and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and knowledge:
- Excellent proven organizational skills
- Excellent IT skills, particularly excel, access databases etc
- Excellent attention to detail

- Previous administrative experience
