Admin Officer- Mansfield

Due to our clients continued success, we are looking to expand our Quality and Culture team at our Mansfield office and are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admin Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.

The role involves:

  • Liaise between the customer and internal departments ensuring that information is communicated effectively.

  • Understand and review ongoing customer needs and requirements.

  • Coordinate and administer customer enquiries and Purchase Orders in accordance with the companys operating procedures.

  • Explore opportunities for continual improvement to support the Premium Service Strategy and requirements of the Quality Management System.

  • Management of multiple email inboxes.

  • Develop improved customer proposals and enquiry activities.

  • Ensure that all proposals support the customers expectations and that they align with and describe the companys core values.

  • Develop, improve, and monitor the cross-collaboration activities of internal teams to support customer satisfaction.

Key experience / Qualifications:

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Team player with ambition

  • Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Administration qualification (desirable)

Qualities required:

  • Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Have good attention to detail and be well organised.

  • Have the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge.

We will offer the following package:

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (Permanent with an immediate start)
