To monitor follow up of patients post prostate cancer surgery by:
Data entry, monitoring and retrieval to support the safe and effective care of patients.
Communication with the clinical team and patients.
To provide excellent data processing support for the urology service.
To support the urology service with administrative support.
This role will include data entry, monitoring results for outliers, identifying and communicating with follow up defaulters as necessary, scanning and verifying documents, filing, photocopying and supporting the general administration of the department.
