The purpose of this post is:

To ensure efficient, accurate and up-to-date provision of clinical data with the support of the Gastroenterology Directorate and staff in order that the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Team Gastrointestinal Unit(GIU) have meaningful information for patient care, clinical governance and service development.

To ensure that high standards data processing are maintained.
- To provide excellent data processing support for the IBD Team. This role will include data entry, supporting the surveillance of biologic therapy usage, following up on patient outcomes, scanning and verifying documents, filing, photocopying and supporting the general administration of the department.
