Role: Administration Assistant
Grade and Salary: Grade 4, Salary: £21,197 - £23,114
FTE and working pattern: 1.0 FTE, 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days annual leave plus 9 buildings closed days (and Christmas Eve when it falls on a weekday)
The Registry & Academic Support directorate are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their Student Records & Awards team. The purpose of the role is to provide a helpful, professional, and co-ordinated approach in support of, and advice to, students, academic, and administrative staff across the University.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Effective team working skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work to deadlines quickly and flexibly with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, changing, and pressured environment.
- Competent in the use of relevant IT packages, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrable professional and proactive approach
