Administration Assistant / Receptionist
15 hours per week over 2 days Weekend
Towerview Care currently require an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team at Loxley Court in Sheffield, S4.
Reporting into the Administrator and working alongside each other, we are looking for friendly, confident individuals that have a professional, confident telephone manner with an ability to meet, greet plus sign post visitors and deal with queries. Support includes the smooth running of the homes with a particular focus on reception and telephony services.
The successful post holders will be responsible for running the reception, communicating with all areas of the homes and undertaking word processing as directed. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Candidates will need to have a good working knowledge and experience of MS Word and MS Excel. Experience of working in a care home environment is desirable however a passion for engaging with working age or older adults with dementia and associated conditions is essential.
It is an expectation of all staff to have vaccines or other essential health treatments, in line with Public Health guidelines and in relation to health and safety in an effort to protect yourself as well as others.
