Job Information - Administration Assistant/Bookings
SOEC’s head office manages bookings for 3 residential outdoor education centres in
Scotland. We are looking for someone to join our small Bookings and Admin Team.
This role is customer focused. As well as being first point of contact for booking enquiries for our 3 residential outdoor centres, you will work as part of the administration team overall and assist with a variety of tasks which may include the marketing of SOEC’s activities via social media advertising and promotion of outdoor learning.
We require a confident person, fluent in English with good communication and administration skills, and a willingness to undertake training.
Experience in Microsoft Office is essential.
The role will involve 25 hours per week with flexible working and salary dependent on skills and experience. We are happy to discuss the hours and work pattern e.g. term time hours.
