What's the role?
Reporting to the Regional Technical manager, the Administration Assistant will work as part of the team to support the delivery of day to activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring our customer and clients receive compliant services.
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-4.30pm. 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administration support
- Managing and updating, day to day performance reports
- Carry out desktop audit and safety checks
- Notetaking and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times in line with company policies
- Any other duties as required
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Prior experience in an administration/assistant role
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Thorough attention to detail
- The ability to work in a team and on your own
- A positive attitude for greeting our clients
