We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team!
Duties will include:
Finance Duties
- Processing Supplier Invoices – ensuring Invoice’s balance to the Purchase Orders/deliveries on Exchequer
- Invoice queries to be dealt with as soon as possible
- Telephony – Answer phones, taking ownership of/and dealing with all calls received. Occasional cover for Customer Services
- Raise Sales Credit Notes where applicable
- Process weekly and Monthly Sales Invoices
- Process Monthly Vendor Invoices
- Process Monthly Statement
- Monitor Accounts Inbox
- Process Barclaycard payments
- Reconciling supplier statement
Operational Duties
- Progressing (Iris and Vending Reports)
- Returns
- SDN Filing
- Occasionally booking in of supplier orders.
- SDN- ADJ daily adjustment
