This is a part time role. An opportunity has arisen to work with an expanding family run Property Business, part-time role with flexible hours Monday - Friday.
Experience of working with Zero and Excel, Good numeracy and communication skills.
Self motivated individual with previous office administration and accounts experience essential.
Full support provided and systems to follow.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for all aspects of accounts office administration including :
Allocating invoices
Ad hoc general admin support
Coordination of incoming documentation and processing
Maintaining and developing where necessary office filing systems
Other general office duties as they arise
We are a family run business so you'll be working alongside the company owners to ensure our projects work smoothly and are completed on time.
The candidate must be able to show skills in office software (word, excel, outlook etc), organisation skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
