Job description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to provide non-clinical advice and information to patients , relatives and staff. You will have regular contact with patients , relatives and carers on the telephone and will be required to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

The post holder will play an important role within the wider Integrated Neighbourhood team and will be expected to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to colleagues.

We are looking for an individual with a positive approach to their work and who are well organised and able to empathise with patients

The post holder will be expected to provide a call handling service for the Neighbourhood Team ,answering phone enquiries sensitively maintaining confidentiality and using their own judgement.

The post holder will communicate and liaise effectively will all appropriate parts of the organisation and provide a range of admin duties which support the Integrated Team

The post holder will also be expected to use Trust systems and processes including Electronic patient records , procurement and staff systems
