The Admin Assistant role is required to assist the Service Manager and HR Manager with recruitment and compliance. The role is part time 20-25 hours per week. Office experience preferred. Some recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
You are required to maintain the values of the company with energy, enthusiasm and creativity to achieve great outcomes for the people we support.
Making full use of all business information and data you will guide the services to deliver high quality efficient services that operate within budget and offer good value. You will act as a role model and create a culture of person centred working.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with the recruitment process and strictly follow safer recruitment procedures.
· Assist in ensuring all staff are fully compliant (DBS checks, references etc as per safer recruitment procedures).
· Maintain compliance matrix and ensuring staff files are compliant.
· Assist with arranging training for staff and maintaining training matrix.
· Assist with monitoring of supervisions and reviews.
· Maintain annual leave and absence records.
· To be competent with IT.
· To update and maintain information in internal database.
· Answering telephones and redirecting calls.
· Photocopying and Scanning
· Making purchases for the business as instructed by senior management.
· Maintaining stationary stock levels.
· Archiving.
· Any other duties deemed appropriate for the role.
