Job description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy. We are looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours across 5 days a week).

The successful candidate will provide a first-class administration service across a variety of Crop Protection Admin responsibilities.

The role – Key responsibilities

  • Support the team with processing of invoices
  • Scanning of invoices in a timely manner
  • Monitor and action the invoice mailbox and cross-checking incoming supplier Invoices
  • Resolve any invoicing/customer account queries
  • To support with the checking and reconciliation of supplier credits
  • Liaise with Internal departments and external suppliers as required
  • Processing of stock adjustments following investigation and approval
  • To collate and send relevant information to suppliers and Internal departments as required
  • To provide Administration support to the procurement team as and when required
  • Developing relationships and opportunities with suppliers
  • Cross checking of supplier statements on a monthly basis to ensure direct debits / accounts balance
