An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy. We are looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours across 5 days a week).
The successful candidate will provide a first-class administration service across a variety of Crop Protection Admin responsibilities.

The role – Key responsibilities
- Support the team with processing of invoices
- Scanning of invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor and action the invoice mailbox and cross-checking incoming supplier Invoices
- Resolve any invoicing/customer account queries
- To support with the checking and reconciliation of supplier credits
- Liaise with Internal departments and external suppliers as required
- Processing of stock adjustments following investigation and approval
- To collate and send relevant information to suppliers and Internal departments as required
- To provide Administration support to the procurement team as and when required
- Developing relationships and opportunities with suppliers
- Cross checking of supplier statements on a monthly basis to ensure direct debits / accounts balance
